Further to your recent visit to install a pair of new automated garage doors I am writing to say how pleased my wife and I were with the results. Like many other people I am always a little wary of purchasing anything over the internet but having met you and watched you working I have nothing but the highest praise for the professional, but at the same time friendly, way in which you set about the work in hand. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble and even though I must have asked some foolish questions you always responded with a clear and concise answer which even I was able to understand. Your attention to detail was commendable and the final result is something to be proud of.

I have already had one of my neighbours in seeking a demonstration and information which I was pleased to give him.

Just a note to say..... I have fitted the door and the auto device and I feel like a millionaire! I took my time followed the detailed drawing of how to fit the door. I have to say the instructions about the door were first class, daunting at first, but the detailed picture of assembly doing it a bit at a time was excellent.

Everything works fine, so smooth. I'm so proud of it and thank you for all your help. Everything you sent was perfect.

DELIVERY: No problems at all with delivery. May need warning as to weight of some products prior to delivery.
INSTALLATION:  I installed a 16 foot wide door which was harder than expected due to the weight.  I also installed a Liftmaster auto door opener with no problems.
PRODUCT: I am very happy with both products I purchased and found the prices very competitive.
Lastly....
Would you recommend us to friends/family/colleagues?  Yes. Over all very good service.
